Sunshine School Receives Covid-19 Relief Funds from Arkansas Community Foundation

Sunshine School is so thankful to be one of the many recipients of Covid-19 Relief Funds from the Arkansas Community Foundation. In early April, we received a rapid-response mini-grant to help maintain our Community Support services. The funds helped cover increased expenses so we could continue to provide much needed support to our clients, especially at the beginning of the pandemic.

In May, Sunshine School was awarded a Phase 2 Adaptation Grant. Funding was used to upgrade technology systems so that we could provide remote services, during the current crisis and be equipped to switch to remote services in the future if needed. We are grateful to the Arkansas Community Foundation for making this funding available and for partnering with us as we navigate changes in services during the pandemic.
