MEET WESTON AND DONALD

Independent living services in our community.

Meet Weston and Donald, two of our clients receiving resources from our Community Support Program. The two now live in an apartment together, giving them the independence they seek in their adult lives. Amy Palmer and our staff at the Community Support office helped Weston and Donald find an affordable, wheelchair-accessible apartment to meet their needs.

Our community support staff assist individuals with housing, employment, financial management, meal planning, personal and self-care, mobility, learning, health, and safety.

Weston and Donald look forward to settling into their new home, as well as going to the pool, having friends over, and decorating their apartment and patio for the holidays. Sunshine School is ecstatic to help Weston and Donald reach their goals.
